If you want to make your smoothie even more refreshing, add a handful of crushed ice.
You will need: 2 stalks of celery, 1 cucumber, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 4 sprigs of parsley, 100 ml of mineral water, 0.5 tsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Randomly chop the celery and cucumber, remove the parsley stalks and transfer everything to a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend into a smoothie.
