How to make a drink for weight loss from ginger, cucumber, lemon and mint? Very simple and fast. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list.

Rinse the lemon thoroughly, rub with a brush. Then cut into thin circles. So that the drink is not very bitter, choose lemons with thin skins so that the white layer between the yellow peel and the pulp is as thin as possible – it is she who gives bitterness. Or you can completely cut off the entire peel to the very pulp.

Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut into thin circles. The skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, is not necessary to cut off.
