Instead of water, if desired, you can take a little vegetable milk.
You will need: 3 tbsp. oatmeal, 1 glass of water, 1 apple, 1 handful of currants, sugar or sweetener.
Preparation: Add a peeled and grated apple to the oatmeal, cover with water, bring to a boil and boil until tender. Remove from heat, add sugar and currants, and stir in the oatmeal.
