Lenten pancakes for breakfast

You can easily wrap apples or berry filling in these pancakes.

You will need: 2 cups of mineral water, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 0.3 tsp soda, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 pinch of salt.

Preparation: Simply mix all the ingredients until smooth. Let the dough stand for 15 minutes and mix again with a whisk. Fry thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.
