Diet pancakes on kefir

Ingredients
kefir 1% – 100 ml.
chicken egg – 1 pc.
oatmeal flour – 100 g
coconut sugar – 1 tsp (here you can either replace it with a sweetener or add nothing, since pancakes can be poured with honey or syrup)
baking powder – 1/2 tsp (I use this baking powder)

Cooking method
Step 1.
Beat the egg, add kefir and beat again
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly
Step 3
Bake in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat on both sides until done.
Step 4
That’s all! Serve with sour cream, berries and honey or, like me, with brown rice syrup. Bon appetit!
