Coconut panna cotta

PP panna cotta based on coconut milk will taste even better if you take real thick milk from a can. Usually they are in the departments for Asian cuisine.

You will need:
250 ml coconut milk
1.5 cups orange juice
sweetener,
1 tbsp corn starch,
1.5 tsp agar-agar.

Cooking:
Mix a third of orange juice with coconut milk, starch, sweetener and a third of agar-agar. Bring to a boil and boil for a minute, stirring. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set. Mix the remaining orange juice with agar-agar, boil, pour a second layer of dessert and let it harden again.
