Cocktail breakfast

A nutritious, delicious cocktail with benefits for the body will replace a regular breakfast. You can use both cow’s milk and alternative.

muesli with raisins – ¾ tbsp.
walnuts – 4 pcs.
milk – 100 ml
bananas – 2 pcs.
yogurt without additives – 100 ml

Cooking method:
Add the walnuts to the muesli and pour the dry mixture with milk. Leave for a few minutes.
Break bananas into pieces and mix with natural yogurt in a blender bowl. Whisk.
Add softened muesli with milk and whisk again. Make sure the nuts are crushed.
Pour the nutritious smoothie into glasses and serve with breakfast. You can also pour it into a convenient container and take it with you on the road!
